Bullying Minority Children In Kindergarten Schools' Premises Has Already Taken Its Place In North America ; Especially In Alberta and New York ?!

Earl Grey School Kindergarten Opened File (in Calgary; Alberta ): A Documented Case Carrying Its Serious Allegations and A Significant In-Depth Intellectual Disputes and Legal Fight(s) Between Parents and Schools in all Recorded Reactionary Levels of Action(s), Interaction(s) and Reaction(s) ..! Bullying Muslim Children and Black children - under 5 years' old - inside their Kindergartens became nowadays; an observed/recorded phenomenon of Pubic Schools' Violence In North America ?!!

In less than four weeks from the beginning of this school year of Autumn 2010, Calgary, Alberta On September 29th, 2010 a Kindergarten Canadian born young child of age 4 years & 9 month was brutally exposed to violent attack(s) / Bullying which persistently targeted both child’s eyes to expose him to serious risk(s) of blindness , it happened at Earl Grey Kindergarten Public school Premises, A Boy belong culturally to Muslim Minority Ethnicity/Group..!! The protected attacker belong to a different ethnicity and religion ; this school discipline – has failed in both its educational discipline and/or its security- as the school is kept quite and the teacher denied seeing anything , failed to report the incident matter to parents on time; child stated teacher was in class when it happened and tried to clean the evidence of bleeding, inflammations and trauma with water –towel(s), parents disputed EARL GREY School educational system, and its failed safety discipline and addressed their matter to the Chief Superintendent of schools in Calgary Education Board ; requesting full investigation(s), detailed written answers; while the Calgary Buffalo MLA Kent Hehr was asked to follow up with this unique case .. Promises of Investigations and immediate response were given but No answers are heard yet while the rigid school system did not facilitate the process of pupil / child transfer into another kindergarten .. the injured traumatized bullied child is still kept away at home to be looked after by his parents and in children hospital, parents stand together to fight back against Earl Grey Kindergarten Bullying. its possible prejudice to protect the white attacker(s) , the negligent white teacher where the victim's parents addressed 7 pages in 2 reports to the school principal and Calgary Education Board where a considerable legal claim and a serious educational dispute and safety allegations are now dealing – in depth with this problem and is floating presently onto the surface..!! (1)

This Canadian Case can not be split apart from another similar side by side minority group bullying case which happened as previously mentioned in New York, USA where a 5 years old black diabetic girl was brutally bullied at kindergarten by 3 white boys without protection at school premises away from her parents..!! (1-2).

Both USA and Canada ; questionably claim to have the best school/educational systems and/or disciplines in the world ; the same as in Alberta provincial state but this claimed mater seem - within its own propaganda - has serious critics and/or gaps especially upon taking into our consideration both The Applied Educational Paradigm and its related educational low qualitative measures side by side with problems of morality and prejudice in practice and Failure of having proper educational curriculum and its planing, reforming and application(s)..!


Violence and/or bullying in Canada and USA has brought into the surface reactionary tragic and brutal side effects like a spread out evil – criminally destructive phenomenon as well as tragedies that both the social and the political Systems in North America seems incapable to handle in a proper manner, where Many suicidal cases were reported; committed by young individuals or in groups In relation to what is going wrong in both formal and non formal education; the Media seem is not alert enough to study, analyze in depth the roots of the problem(s) ; the same as it appears happening with the political and educational Systems handling these matters in USA and Canada .. A short factual case review upon the observed – interrelated reactions to bullying – was highlighted (3) by a research study where violence and suicidal destructive attempts were recorded and/or observed – in Canada(3,4) – as following:

1. 1999-Taber, Alberta: 14 Years Old , whom was dropped out of school as he was ostracized by his classmate students, walked into his high school and shut randomly 3 students killing one and injury a second.
2. April 2002- Halifax NS: 14 years old boy shot himself at home suicidal with a note stating distraught after he has been tormented by Students at school
3. 1998 – Catham, ON: 10 yo boy hanged himself, found unconscious from coat hook in elementary school, in bathroom died within 4 days later.
4. 2005 16 years old local high school student hung himself in Roblin , Manitoba After he was followed by persistent bullying.
5. 2004 Canora , Saskatchwan 16 years old girl committed suicide because of her sad experience with bullying. Another 16 years old young student shot himself after 2.5 month of being picked up at school.
6. 1997 Victoria BC a young 14 years old girl was beaten by 7 classmates ( six girls and one male students ) and left to drown.
7. 2000 Mission BC a young 14 years old girl bullied by three girls in school hung Her body dead in her bedroom with her dog leash.

Many other cases of school shooting in USA were also reported(4)

First Recorded Case Of Bullying Against A Kindergarten Muslim Child - Aged 4 Years and 9 Months - Occured At Earl Grey School In Calgary, Alberta..!

On Monday October 4th, 2010, Both The Chief Superintendent Of Schools Mme/Naomi Johnson working in Calgary Board Of Education and Mme Pat Cochrane of Word 8& 9 have received side by side with the Principal of Earl Grey School and Its Kindergarten Classroom(s) Mme/ Dian Kamitahara ; all have received a five page report condemning Cruelty, Violence and Child Physical abuser Bully that has recently occurred upon the Kindergarten Of Earl Grey School Primises. Such a Bullying and/or Viol ant attack occurred against an innocent four years and nine months young child whom belong culturally to a visible Minority Group of Muslims in Alberta and Canada. It is a factual issue within such a unique Kindergarten Case where such a child suffered significant traumatic inflammations, swollen face and eyes associated with bleeding and bleeding from his eye lid(s). That young abused child studying on the kindergarten school premises suffered - as a consequence - an observed psychological trauma as well as sleep disorders because of such an act of Bullying and/or child abuse inside the school by physical violence..!

Both parents whom highlighted failure of such Earl Grey School teaching staff and its administrators to provide the necessary measures of child safety and protection against such a Bully acting violently and with cruelty to endanger both the eye sight or vision of such an unprotected child in such public school away from the protection of his parents..

Those Muslim parents strongly highlighted the necessity of Calgary Board Of Education's intervention and/or full investigations regarding this unique case matter. They also claimed that the school staff and its administration might probably have been involved in this case using some sort of washing the case out and/or without giving any needed acceptable answers. It is strongly believed with certain evidence that this school questioned discipline might have also failed to act on time to inform the parents with the bully attack on time or to respond probably to the parent(s) instruction not to allow the victimized young child to came close to the person who attacked him and cause all these injuries above. The school was intellectually fought regarding possible apprehension of bias and /or blackmailing with prejudice the parents about their victimized child whom faced criticism , non-comprehensive proper understanding to his natural developmental need(s) within the first four weeks period of transition from home to school environment at first kindergarten level before his first primary school class.. The Parents have decided - in the best interest , safety and security of the child against kindergarten Bullying to protect their child away from the school requesting answers and full investigations and takingconsiderable measures to correct such a mess and such a non-acceptable act of violence against a young peaceful little child whom was incapable of defending himself. His parents seem very determinant ; if this case continued without a fair resolution - to take this matter and case to the highest legal levels authority in Alberta and Canada in both legal and political actions as well if it appears necessary and to stand firmly against child's kindergarten bullying in Canadian Public and private schools. This case is considered added to other cases that happened in Canada where other minority groups like the children of the Natives , being taken - by the Canadian and/or Provincial Government(s) in questionable isolated residential schools, enforcing Catholicism and/or Christianity upon those uptaken native children where they have been sexually, physically and emotionally abused inside their school premises away from the protection of their suffering native parents .. It adds to the Canadian so called questionable democratic educational discipline questionable marks regarding child abuse with prejudice and discrimination against fundamental human rights promoted by Islam and United Nations Charter Cf Human Rights ..!

Bullying and violence in North American Schools is becoming a growing terrifying subject and it takes many forms and criminal behaviour that affects children, inferiorizing them and making suffer and if added to the child's educational abuse forcing them to towards finding their own strange children solution by committing suicide .. some of it happened in one Christian school - as the newspapers highlighted some time ago - where many children take their lives by suicide.. It is a black very sad history to let this matter as is without fighting back in such a legal battle bullying and educational abuse of children a matter which Islam and the Monotheistic Message clearly highlighted for us as human beings to develop healthy with moderation away from socio-educational and psychological illnesses..

Another recorded case in USA Bullying in Kindergarten happened with brutality against another 5 years old Black female Child - whom is diabetic - and being exposed at Jasmin Loving Kindergarten to be beaten by three boys at public School 161 in Crown Heights , Brooklyn USA as it has been highlighted by Ross Ellis New York Parenting Issue Examiner on the Web (1).
